Flash Edison Mac
- Connect two USB cables
- Open a terminal screen and navigated to "cd /Volumes/Edison"
- Removed all files"rm -rf *" and "rm -rf \.*"
- Do a get info to see if it is MS-DOS(FAT16) - follow the next step (should be MS-DOS(FAT)
- exit the edison directory from the terminal so we
- use Disk utility to reflash

- unzip and copy to Edison
screen /dev/cu.usbserial <no enter>

- log into root

- once in - this will erase every thing
