Initial setup
- sudo aptitude update
- sudo aptitude install ksmserver kicker
Adding Repositories
- Instructions at Absolute Beginners Guide
- Downloaded immpmyeee-1.0.2.sh
- chmoded to 755
- Ran and entered the menu option "r" for "(R) Enable extra repos ..."
- Caused changes to /etc/apt/sources.list and added /etc/apt/preferences
Added Software
- sudo aptitude install emacs
