As root
- add the following to the end of /opt/ros/electric/ros/rosdep.yaml

- svn co https://code.ros.org/svn/ros-pkg/stacks/sound_drivers/tags/latest/sound_play/
- cd sound_play
In the following step it complained about festival missing - but it is there. I wonder if the following step is not necessary for phidgets to install in the following section
- rosmake --rosdep-install sound_play
ROS Phidgets
- Download file: phidgets-ros-pkg-1.40.tar.gz
As root
- untar in /opt/ros/electric/stacks/phidgets
