sudo aptitude update
sudo aptitude install ksmserver kicker

Adding Repositories

Instructions at Absolute Beginners Guide
Downloaded immpmyeee-1.0.2.sh
chmoded to 755
Ran and entered the menu option "r" for "(R) Enable extra repos ..."
Caused changes to /etc/apt/sources.list and added /etc/apt/preferences

Added Software

sudo aptitude install emacs
