 Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-5.2.4-119785
  • in VirtualBox
  • File -> Preferences

  • Selected "+"
  • then added the extension pack I downloaded from the URL at the top
  • setting -> usb
  • Now the following selection should be ok
  • started up the ubuntu vm
  • in vm Devices menu -> USB -> movidius

Has since been upgraded to 5.2.8.
