  • Downloaded the following file: android-studio-2021.1.1.21-windows.ext
  • Followed the instructions

Disabling Android Studio Instant Run - Chapter 11

The setting is supposed to be under

  • File menu
    • Settings item
      • Build, Execution, Deployment section

I could not find it

Question: should I install version 4.1 instead
