wmr100 source from the git site.

libhid-dev must be installed.

 git clone https://github.com/barnybug/wmr100.git
 make

setup udev as root

 cp /home/eepp/weather/barnybug/wmr100/udev/wmr100.rules /etc/udev/
 cd /etc/udev/rules.d/
 ln -s ../wmr100.rules 025_wmr100.rules

Still had to run from root

 root@raspberrypi:/home/pi/weather/barnybug/wmr100# ./wmr100

If it refuses to connect, try resetting the Weather Console
