Installation

• Download 10.04.4 LTS
  • from www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop
  • result is: ubuntu-10.04.4-desktop-i386.iso called lucid
  • I was not able to install 11.10

• Burn CD on my Mac
  • Run Disk Utility
  • Press "burn" icon
  • Select the iso

• Set up Bios placeholder

• On fitPC2
  • Plugged keyboard and mouse directly into the fit
  • Plugged USB

• ssh
• dstat
• libhid0 and libhid-dev
