Save Bash Command for Setup
$ emacs .bashrc&
Added the following lines

Environment Variables
$ printenv | grep ^ROS ROS_VERSION=2 ROS_PYTHON_VERSION=3 ROS_DISTRO=dashing

Download the rules from
