Save Bash Command for Setup

 $ emacs .bashrc&

Added the following lines

 # TB3 dashing
 export TURTLEBOT3_MODEL=waffle
 source /opt/ros/dashing/setup.bash
 source turtlebot3_ws/install/setup.bash

Environment Variables

 $ printenv | grep ^ROS
     ROS_VERSION=2
     ROS_PYTHON_VERSION=3
     ROS_DISTRO=dashing

USB

Download the rules from

 $ cat ~/Downloads/99-opencr-cdc.rules
       #http://linux-tips.org/t/prevent-modem-manager-to-capture-usb-serial-devices/284/2.

       #cp rules /etc/udev/rules.d/
       #sudo udevadm control --reload-rules
       #sudo udevadm trigger
