Install Cartographer dependencies

$ sudo apt install -y google-mock
$ sudo apt install -y libceres-dev
$ sudo apt install -y liblua5.3-dev
$ sudo apt install -y libboost-dev

$ sudo apt install -y libprotobuf-dev
