Follow the Hood NUC Steps
- TBD if I get into trouble - reinstall turtlebot_ws in a new directory
- TBD the .bashrc file need to be updated to "burger" and "ROS_DOMAIN_ID=30" exported as in 3.1 of the PC Setup section
